Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Spa Éclat, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to operate efficiently, please review the following policy carefully: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows For no-show appointments, Spa Éclat reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow adequate time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting subsequent appointments, with the full service price still charged. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to the no-show fee. How to Cancel or Reschedule All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the online booking system or by contacting us at 737-990-5559. By booking an appointment with Spa Éclat, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
